As we go on, we remember...
Gee! It's been like what?! Close to a month since I last blogged properly.
Anyway let me get the ball rolling before I run out of time ranting of how army wastes my time. So let us retrace back to September 3rd, which is... ...Lasalle Graduation! I wasn't exactly looking forward to it when I got to know that diploma graduands will not be wearing any hats; Only the degree holders will have graduate caps. If you must, this is what I'm talking about: ![]() So no headdress equals to......... BOTAK! Jesus. I'm already not confident with the new haircut (thanks to army), and now they want me to stride up the stage without anything on my head? But I guess 3 months of army has already inculcated the "LAN LAN have to do it" spirit in me. Well, for anyone that's reading my blog, here's my botak head in its full glory. Laugh all you want, I know I look like crap with no hair... . . . . . . /sings Jordin Sparks - No (H)Air ...No hair, hair, No hair, hair..... . . . . . . ![]() ...with my mum ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ...and that's Jo steaming my ass The ceremony went from a supposedly very solemn affair to a wacky certificate presentation. First there were people who forgot to shake their hands with the prize presenter. Then, there were people with very hilarious smiles while turning to pose for the camera. Then some dude decided to dance his way up the stage. However the change in the mood of the ceremony, it was still quite nerve-racking when it was my turn and I remembered I kept reciting in my mind: "Shake hand, thank the person, turn and smile. Shake hand, thank the person, turn and smile..." I've yet to receive the photo that was taken on stage, I hope my smile didn't look constipated or anything along that line. So after the ceremony ended and I rushed back home to change and booked in back to tekong. Can't even stay back awhile longer to take more photos... You tell me, sian or not?
