Parody of Wonder Girl's 'Nobody' by mrbrown
Guys, you'll have to listen to this if you haven't already.
I decided to put the podcast and the MTV together and it's so funny watching it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lViRlo1_b1o Must wash after pang jio, ok? Update: The video mash-up above that I've put together has been making the rounds so much that I can't help but to say something about it. First and foremost, although technically I did and uploaded the video, I hold no credit in the production of this amazing parody. All credits goes to mrbrown and his team, and not forgetting the Wonder Girls and JYP Entertainment. FYI, the video had gotten 10K hits and over a hundred comments in just 2 days. Right now, it's almost 40K hits and close to 300 comments. Do check out the comments, they're freaking hilarious. What's even more surprising, is mrbrown himself messaged me on Youtube congratulating the hits of the video. Cool beans!
More HK pics...
...here's the more interesting ones!
![]() "Just another day, but at somewhere else." I think the people on HK trains are not much of a difference from those on trains here. I like to observe individuals during rides. When I change trains at Jurong East, especially during the peak hours, waiting for the North-South Line is like getting random strangers lining up upon you and letting you scrutinize each person one by one. Though how everyone differ from one another in some ways, I can't help but to think that we're no different as human beings. Often, I would get this question ringing in my head, "What's the purpose of us?" You see, every single one lives in a cycle of work, eat, sleep. And ultimately, all of us has to go. Why do we lead this path that we're trying to make it better/enjoyable when everything will mean nothing eventually? I really don't understand. When I applied that to the commuters in the pic, it's the similarity that I felt, and, I'm still pondering about that question. - ![]() "Same same but different." I like how this shot captured the construction worker doing the labor and the pair of legs that seemingly suggest to that of a businessman's. It's like the irony isn't it? The "businessman" could very well be working as well; he could be on his way the the office, while making a business call to his client and etc. - ![]() "Please extinguish." I don't quite understand people who smokes. If I were to pick up smoking one day, it'll either be the "cool" factor or the excuse of being too stressed. I think the "cool" factor works as people tend to have the image of smokers as "bad" people. Some how or another, "bad" people do get the attention better than goody two shoes. But seriously, don't cigarettes/the smoke/smokers smell? I can stand but I dislike how people smell after their sticks. I mean like, DON'T THEY KNOW IT'S FUCKING SMELLY? - ![]() untitled - ![]() untitled - ![]() "Caution! Slippery floor." - ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() "Tools of trade." - ![]() "Dome sweet dome." - ![]() "GM 8711." - ![]() "Nobody told me it smells THAT bad." - ![]() untitled
Finally, the hong kong pics...
WARNING: PHOTO INTENSIVE ENTRY!
So after months and months (actually not so kua zhang lah) of sorting and photoshopping, I'm finally posting up about my HK trip! It's been a good 4 years since the last time I was there and since I've already been to the sight-seeing places then, this trip solely focused on the shopping and the food! :D Well, not forgetting to thank Nuffnang, if not for the vpost contest, this free trip would not be possible. Let the pictures do the talking! ...read 'I am freaking lazy to write!' ![]() Setting off with my houndstooth luggage! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Tiny Jetstar airplane, but hey, it's free! ![]() I remembered someone told me that scolding "Hum Jim Peng" in HK is equivalent to scolding "Chee Bye" in Singapore. ......I finally know why, after seeing this suggestively shaped Hum Jim Peng: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Fred Perry stores! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I know the pictures come in very random order, ahhh I'm just to lazy to sort them accordingly! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() FOOD FOOD FOOD! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, this might gross a few people out: ![]() It's SWINE BLOOD!
